HR system, helping companies in Hong Kong such as Ocean Park Corporation
and HKBN to transform Talent Management and Learning & Development
strategies.

Alex Wong Alex
joined SuccessFactors, SAP as a Learning Product Sales & Strategy
Director in Greater China. He brings a wealth of regional experience to the
team to expand the company's footprint in the region. Prior to joining the
company, he had led the team at Sumtotal, Emarsys and UFIDA, he was
responsible for growing sales and providing greater support to their
existing customer base in Greater China.

the workplace. He has helped numerous companies around the region in
driving transformation through social platform to drive better employee
engagement and productivity. Joni came from a very diverse backgrounds and

the pioneer members of NetSuite and then Salesforce.com.
